What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. The browser's local storage works in a similar way. Дърводелец БГ ЕООД (Darvodelec BG Ltd.) uses necessary cookies to run REZVA, and analytics cookies only if you agree.
Your choice
On your first visit, the cookie bar lets you choose "Accept all", "Essential only" or "Customize". Your choice is kept for 12 months. You can change it at any time from the cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. If you delete cookies in your browser, the bar appears again.
1. Necessary cookies
These are needed for the Platform to work and cannot be switched off. They do not need consent.

2. Analytics cookies (only with consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how to improve them.

Before you consent, Google's tag runs in consent mode: it sets no analytics cookies and may send Google only basic signals without cookies (for example, that a page was opened). Advertising storage and ad personalisation are always off.
3. Functional
The "Functional" choice allows preferences to be remembered and is passed on to Google's consent mode. At present REZVA sets no separate functional cookies beyond the necessary ones.
4. Browser local storage
Some conveniences are kept only in your browser and are not sent to us: favourite specialists (while you are not signed in), dismissed tips and cards (for notifications and the mobile app), and the state of the dashboard side menu. You can delete them by clearing the site's data in your browser.
5. Outside services without cookies
Fonts (Bunny Fonts), some scripts (jsDelivr) and maps (OpenStreetMap) are loaded from their servers. They set no REZVA cookies, but they receive your IP address when your browser loads them. Payments take place on Stripe's pages, which have their own cookie policy.

Note: if you block the necessary cookies, signing in and booking will not work.
