How to Request Deletion
From your account
Clients: Profile, Privacy & your data. Specialists: Settings, the data and account deletion section. You can download your data there first.
Or by email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address you registered with, or include the phone number on the account.
Confirmation and deletion
The account is deactivated at once and you receive an email with a confirmation and a link to download your data. Your personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days. If you change your mind before then, write to us and we will cancel the request.
Before Deletion
- Specialists with a paid subscription: first move to the Free plan in Billing. The subscription stops at the end of the paid period, and deletion follows within 30 days of its end.
- Upcoming bookings: cancel or complete them first, so the clients or the specialist are told.
Data That Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, phone, password)
- Photos (profile picture, portfolio), identity documents, deposit receipts
- Messages and chat history
- Favourites, notifications, settings and preferences
- Push notification tokens, sessions and sign-in tokens
- Client records, notes, formulas and client photos (for specialists)
Data That Is Retained
- Invoices and the billing details on them: about 10 years. The Bulgarian Accountancy Act requires documents used for tax control to be kept until 5 years after the limitation period for the related tax obligation ends.
- Bookings and reviews: stay in the specialist's records with the personal data anonymised (date, service, price, rating).
- Security records: the IP addresses in them are cleared after 90 days.
These records hold no data that identifies you, except invoices, which we keep only to comply with the law.
