    One or two email reminders, from 48 hours to 1 hour before, on by default, plus an app notification for clients with an account. SMS reminders are coming as a paid add-on.

  • Real durations and a buffer

    Each service has its own duration and price, and one buffer setting keeps a gap between bookings.

  • Client records

    The full visit history of every client, including past no-shows. Private notes, formulas and before and after photos from Basic.

Can regulars rebook easily on a cycle?

Clients can book their next appointment online at any time from your page. REZVA does not send automatic "time to rebook" messages.

Is there no-show protection?

Yes. You can mark no-shows, and they stay in each client's visit history. On Pro and Team you can also ask for a deposit, which the client pays straight to you; REZVA never holds the money and there is no card payment.

Can I send aftercare instructions automatically?

Yes, on Basic and up. Add an aftercare text to the service, or start from the ready waxing template in English or Bulgarian, and pick when it goes out: right after the appointment, 2 hours or 24 hours after, or the next morning at 9:00. The client gets it by email, plus an app notification if they have an account.

How much does REZVA cost?

Free is $0 (50 bookings a month, 100 clients). Basic $15.99, Pro $39.99 and Team $99.99 a month. Yearly billing is 10 times the monthly price. These are the prices for the United States (USD); the price follows the billing country.

Does REZVA take a commission on bookings?

No. REZVA takes no commission and charges no new-client or marketplace fee. REZVA does not take client payments at all: clients pay the specialist.

What is the REZVA founding member offer?

The first 100 specialists get Pro free for 12 months (or Team free for 6 months), with no card. After that their price is locked for good: Pro at $39.99 a month. As of 17 October 2026, 98 of 100 spots are left. To keep the spot, a founder needs 1 active service, working hours and 5 bookings within 30 days.
